Weekend Schedule

The Stronger Man Boot Camp experience begins at 7:00 PM on Friday evening and concludes at 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon.

Throughout the weekend, men will participate in a variety of experiences designed to help them connect with God, build authentic brotherhood, and grow as leaders, husbands, fathers, and disciples of Jesus Christ.

The schedule intentionally remains flexible, and much of the weekend experience is not disclosed beforehand. This allows each man to fully engage in the journey without preconceived expectations and creates space for God to work in powerful and unexpected ways.

You can expect a weekend that includes:

Biblical teaching and personal reflection
Authentic conversations and brotherhood
Worship and prayer experiences
Individual and small group activities
Opportunities for rest, reflection, and connection with God

We ask each participant to arrive ready to engage, participate, and be fully present from beginning to end.

Trust the process. Show up. Be present. Let God do the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Who is Stronger Man Boot Camp for?
A: Stronger Man Boot Camp is for any man who desires to grow deeper in his relationship with God, build authentic brotherhood, and become the man God created him to be.

Whether you're thriving, struggling, stuck, searching, or simply hungry for more, Stronger Man Boot Camp provides an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on what matters most.

All men ages 18 and older are welcome.

Q: What is included with my registration?
A: Your registration includes lodging accommodations, adequate meals throughout the weekend, Stronger Man Boot Camp materials, a Stronger Man Boot Camp shirt, and full participation in the Stronger Man Boot Camp experience.

Q: What exactly happens at Stronger Man Boot Camp?
A: Stronger Man Boot Camp is an intentional weekend designed to help men encounter God, build brotherhood, and experience freedom.

While we intentionally keep many details of the weekend undisclosed beforehand, you can expect biblical teaching, worship, personal reflection, authentic conversations, prayer experiences, brotherhood, and opportunities to hear from God in a deeper way.

Every part of the weekend is designed with purpose. Our recommendation is simple: come with an open heart, be fully present, and trust the process.

Q: Why don't you share the entire schedule?
A: Stronger Man Boot Camp is designed as a journey, not simply an event.

Many of the most impactful moments happen when men are willing to set aside expectations and fully engage in the experience as it unfolds.

There are no secrets. We simply believe some things are better experienced than explained.

Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM on Friday evening.

The weekend officially begins at 7:00 PM, and we ask that all participants arrive before that time. Please do not arrive before 6:30 PM, as our team will be preparing for the weekend experience.

Q: Should I eat before I arrive on Friday?
A: Yes.

We will not have the opportunity to share a meal together on Friday evening, so please eat a hearty dinner before arriving at camp.

Q: Should I bring my phone, laptop, smartwatch, or other electronic devices?
A: No.

Stronger Man Boot Camp is intentionally designed to be a technology-free weekend. We ask that participants leave laptops, tablets, gaming devices, smartwatches, and other electronic distractions at home.

Cell phones may be brought for emergency use and travel purposes, but participants should expect to put them away for the duration of the weekend.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is the opportunity to disconnect from the noise, distractions, notifications, and demands of everyday life so you can fully engage with God, yourself, and the men around you.

For many men, this becomes one of the most impactful parts of the entire experience.

Q: Should I bring food, drinks, or snacks?
A: No.

Please do not bring outside food, drinks, snacks, energy drinks, coolers, or similar items to Stronger Man Boot Camp.

Adequate meals, snacks, coffee, water, and nutrition will be provided throughout the weekend.

One of the unique aspects of Boot Camp is that every man shares the same experience together, including meals and breaks. We simply ask that you come ready to receive what has been prepared for you.

If you have a food allergy or medical dietary restriction, please let us know during registration so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: What is the minimum age to attend?
A: Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Throughout the weekend, men engage in honest conversations about identity, leadership, relationships, shame, healing, purpose, surrender, and spiritual growth. Because of the depth and maturity of these discussions, Stronger Man Boot Camp is designed specifically for adult men.

Q: What are the sleeping arrangements?
A: Sleeping arrangements are in shared cabins with other men attending the weekend. Each participant will have a twin-size bed.

Q: Do I need to bring bedding?
A: Yes. Please bring bedding for a twin-size bed, including sheets, a blanket or comforter, and a pillow. You will also need to bring your own towels and personal toiletries.

Q: What if I've already attended a Stronger Man Retreat?
A: Stronger Man Boot Camp is a completely different experience from our annual retreat. While both events are designed to help men encounter God and build brotherhood, Boot Camp provides a unique and highly interactive journey focused on freedom, identity, discipleship, and personal transformation.

Many men choose to attend both and find each experience deeply impactful in its own way.

Q: What if I don't know anyone?
A: Perfect.

Many men arrive without knowing anyone else.

One of the most powerful parts of Stronger Man Boot Camp is watching strangers become brothers. From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed into an environment designed to help men connect, encourage one another, and build authentic relationships.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Dress comfortably and casually.

You will want clothing suitable for indoor sessions, outdoor activities, walking around camp, and time spent connecting with other men.

We recommend checking the weather forecast before arriving and bringing layers for cooler mornings and evenings.

Q: Is there free time during the weekend?
A: Yes.

The weekend includes intentional opportunities for rest, prayer, reflection, conversations, journaling, and connecting with God and other men.

These moments are often some of the most meaningful parts of the experience.

Q: Can I attend alone?
A: Yes.

Many men attend Stronger Man Boot Camp by themselves.

One of the most powerful parts of the weekend is the brotherhood that forms among men who arrive as strangers and leave as brothers.

Q: Will my information and conversations remain confidential?
A: Yes.

Stronger Man Boot Camp is committed to creating a safe environment where men can be honest and authentic.

We ask every participant to honor the privacy and confidentiality of personal stories, conversations, and experiences shared throughout the weekend.

Q: Is smoking, tobacco use, or vaping allowed?
A: While we encourage participants to refrain from smoking or vaping during the weekend, we understand that may not be possible for everyone.

If you choose to smoke or vape, please do so respectfully and in accordance with all camp policies and state regulations.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside buildings, cabins, meeting areas, or during sessions and small groups.

Q: Is Stronger Man Boot Camp physically demanding?
A: No.

While there may be outdoor activities and opportunities to challenge yourself physically, Stronger Man Boot Camp is designed for men of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

The greatest challenge of the weekend is not physical—it is being willing to honestly engage with God and the work He wants to do in your life.

Q: Can I leave early?
A: We strongly encourage every man to attend the entire weekend experience.

Stronger Man Boot Camp is intentionally designed from beginning to end, and the final sessions are an important part of the journey.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: Registrations canceled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

Because lodging, meals, apparel, and event expenses are paid in advance, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Q: Can I sponsor another man?
A: Absolutely.

Many men are able to attend Stronger Man Boot Camp because of the generosity of others.

If you would like to help another man experience the weekend, you can contribute to the Stronger Man Scholarship Fund during registration.

Q: What if I need financial assistance?
A: We never want finances to prevent a man from attending.

If cost creates a financial hardship, we encourage you to complete the Scholarship Request application during registration.

Scholarships are awarded based on available funds and individual circumstances.

Q: What happens after I register?
A: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with important details regarding the weekend, including arrival instructions, packing recommendations, and additional communication as the event approaches.

Q: Who can I contact if I have questions?
A: If you have questions before the weekend, please reach out through the contact page on the Stronger Man website or email us at [email protected].

We would be honored to help you prepare for the experience.
